Product Introduction: The PPC series air box pulse bag dust collector integrates the advantages of various bag dust collectors with compartment back blowing and pulse jet cleaning, overcoming the shortcomings of weak back blowing cleaning intensity and the need for pulse jet cleaning to occur simultaneously with filtration. It expands the application range. This product features overall cleaning in compartments, uses large-scale pulse valves for cleaning, and has strong cleaning ability, good effect, and long service life. This product is suitable for the treatment of high-concentration dust, can simplify the dust treatment process, and reduce equipment investment. It is widely used in industries such as building materials, cement, metallurgy, machinery, chemicals, and refractory materials; especially suitable for dust collection systems (or dust removal systems) in cement plants for crushing, packaging, top of silos, clinker coolers, and various mills. It can also be used for coal mill dust collection, but explosion-proof measures must be added and corresponding structures changed. Dust-laden gas enters the dust collector through the inlet, is redirected to the ash hopper via the inclined partition (for PPC32 type, it enters from the ash hopper), and at the same time, the airflow speed slows down. Due to inertia, coarse particles of dust fall into the ash hopper, while fine dust particles are carried upwards by the airflow into the filtration chamber, where dust adheres to the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified gas passes through the filter bag into the upper clean chamber, is collected from each clean chamber, and is discharged into the atmosphere through the outlet, sucked out by the main fan of the dust collection system.
