[Project Introduction]

This project is constructed by Hebei Xiehai Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. using the EPC general contracting model. The main body of the project is a 1500t/h stone production line. The production line mainly adopts a dual hammer crusher combined production process, using 2 heavy-duty hammer crushers to form a closed-circuit system, which not only improves the hourly output but also ensures the crushing degree of the material meets the required particle size range. To ensure the cleanliness of the aggregate and reduce the load on the crusher, the first process uses a soil-removing vibrating screening feeder; the rear screening equipment adopts a configuration scheme of four paths with two screens in parallel, screening out finished materials that meet application requirements. Compared to other equipment, the above process and equipment have light installed capacity, convenient machine maintenance, low investment, quick results, and the produced finished aggregate particles have advantages such as good shape, high cleanliness, high stone strength, and strong compressive ability.

[Solution]

This project relies on good production equipment, accurate testing instruments, and scientific and standardized management to produce high-quality raw materials for cement production. The client has two new dry-process clinker production lines with a daily output of 4500 tons, two 7.5 megawatt pure low-temperature waste heat power generation units, and four 1.5 million ton cement grinding systems. The annual output of excellent low-alkali clinker is 4 million tons, excellent low-alkali cement is 5 million tons, and excellent micro powder is 600,000 tons. This solution has advantages such as low carbon, environmental protection, and stability, providing the client with a stable and reliable raw material supply system, with the finished product cement's factory pass rate, surplus strength pass rate, and bag weight pass rate meeting standards.
