Project Introduction

This project is designed and debugged by Hebei Xiehai Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. The system mainly includes: feeding unit, screening unit, and environmental dust removal. The main equipment of this system uses a double-layer banana vibrating screen, processing 1000 tons of iron ore blocks per hour, with a moisture content of 18%. The particle size of the screened product is about 20mm, and the product qualification rate is over 90%. This system can achieve fully automatic operation through DCS control, with no on-site personnel required.

Equipment Configuration: 3 drag belt scales, 1 double-layer banana vibrating screen (5m*7.3m), 3 belt conveyors, and 1 set of dust removal facilities, among other main equipment.

Solution

A receiving hopper is set up in the original iron ore storage shed, with a drag belt scale installed below the hopper. The measured iron ore is conveyed to the feeding belt conveyor, and the ore enters the banana vibrating screen via the conveyor. The screen has two layers, and after screening, the material is divided into lump and powder, which are then conveyed to the designated area of the ore shed through the under-screen belt conveyor.
