Project Introduction
This project is designed and debugged by Hebei Xiehai Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. The system mainly includes: feeding unit, screening unit, and environmental dust removal. The main equipment of this system uses a double-layer banana vibrating screen, processing 500 tons of iron ore blocks per hour, with a moisture content of 15%. The particle size of the screened product is about 20mm, and the product qualification rate is over 90%. This system can achieve fully automatic operation through DCS control, with no personnel on-site.

Solution
This project aims to meet the customer's requirements for the grading of block ore particle size needed for ironmaking. The solution selected a high-capacity banana vibrating screen as the main screening equipment, with a two-layer screen plate, dividing the material into block and powder types. The processing capacity can be set remotely and quantitatively. After the system is put into operation, it runs stably, with a high product yield, and shows significant energy-saving and electricity-saving effects compared to the old production line. The project team consists of professional technicians with many years of experience in the operation and maintenance management of screening equipment, providing technical consulting, equipment debugging, training, and process adjustment services to customer enterprises 24 hours a day with high standards and strong technology.
