Project Introduction
This project is based on the improvement of the production process of active lime produced by the client's existing mechanical lime vertical kiln. Hebei Xiehai Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. has constructed a production line with a daily output of 150 tons of calcium hydroxide. The process equipment used in the project fully meets national environmental protection standards. The lime digestion and dust removal are achieved through water dust removal and pulse dual dust removal methods, thus controlling dust emissions to meet discharge standards. The complete set of calcium hydroxide equipment is fully controlled by PLC computers, enhancing quality control capabilities and significantly improving product quality.
