Project Introduction
This project is designed by Hebei Xiehai Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. The system mainly includes: raw coal storage unit, raw coal feeding unit, grinding and coal powder production unit, flue gas furnace unit, nitrogen protection and compressed air unit. This system grinds 10 tons of coal powder per hour, with a particle size of ≤200 mesh accounting for over 90%, and coal powder moisture ≤1.5%.

Equipment Configuration: 1 elevator, 1 Ø1200mm vertical medium-speed grinder, 1 flue gas furnace, 1 coal powder dust collector, 2 fans, and other main equipment.
Solution
The raw coal for this project has a particle size of 0-20mm, a moisture content of 12%, and a volatile matter content of about 30%. Therefore, the project has set up a hot air furnace to dry the raw coal, while using nitrogen for protection and vulcanization during the powder collection and vulcanization stages. The project is equipped with a set of compressed air nitrogen preparation system. The finished coal powder has a particle size of ≤200 mesh accounting for over 90%, and moisture ≤1.5%.
