Project Introduction

This project is constructed by Hebei Xiehai Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. using a general contracting model. The system mainly includes: raw coal storage unit, raw coal feeding unit, coal powder grinding unit, flue gas furnace unit, nitrogen protection and compressed air unit. This system grinds 12 tons of coal powder per hour, with over 90% of the particle size being ≤200 mesh, and the moisture content of the coal powder is ≤1.5%. The finished coal powder is used for two 600T daily output double-chamber lime kilns to calcine active lime. The total construction period from design to normal operation of the entire production line is about 3 months.

Solution

This project is designed by Hebei Xiehai Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. based on the "12t/h coal powder preparation demand" provided by a company in Henan, China. The raw coal provided by the customer has a high moisture content, and the production process mainly consists of vertical medium-speed grinding, flue gas furnace, and coal powder dust collector as the main equipment. Due to the flammable and explosive characteristics of coal powder, this project is equipped with a PLC system. Combined with past mature design and debugging experience, interlocking reactions are set up between the equipment, including overheating shutdown, emergency discharge, fault shutdown, gas leak detection, and leak shutdown, completely eliminating the possibility of danger.
