Project Introduction

This project is constructed by Hebei Xiehai Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. using the EPC general contracting model. The main production line consists of a 20t/h vertical dryer, with the heat source being high-temperature flue gas from a hot air furnace, and the fuel being coke. The drying material is 10-25mm sized blue carbon particles, and the dried material is mainly used for calcium carbide production. The new vertical dryer has a reasonable internal structure design, allowing the blue carbon to roll and dry in a 360° manner during the drying process, resulting in uniform and stable final moisture content of the dried material. The final moisture content of the dried blue carbon in this project does not exceed 1%, and the stability qualification rate is over 95%, aligning with the enterprise's high-quality development business philosophy.

Equipment Configuration: 1 set of 20t/h vertical carbon material dryer, 1 hot air furnace, 2 pulse bag dust collectors, and other main equipment.

Solution

Set up a carbon material storage, and through the receiving hopper set under the carbon material storage, the carbon material is transported to the carbon material warehouse via a belt conveyor. The carbon material is then lifted to the dryer distribution system through the vibrating feeder and weighing device under the carbon material warehouse, and the elevator. After drying in the vertical dryer, the qualified carbon material is transported to the batching workshop of the calcium carbide furnace via a belt conveyor, to be used as raw material for calcium carbide.
