Project Introduction

This project and its supporting facilities mainly consist of the following parts: the design, procurement, supply of equipment and materials for a 20t/h carbon material drying kiln and its auxiliary facilities, equipment installation and commissioning, no-load linkage trial operation, cooperation in hot load trial operation, personnel training, and related service contracting. Specifically includes but is not limited to: material conveying system, dry coke foam conveying system, main drying system, discharge system, finished product conveying system, hot air system, dust removal system (for carbon material, finished products, and main body), lighting system, lightning protection grounding system, fire protection system, and electrical, instrumentation, and automatic control systems that support each subsystem.

Equipment Configuration: 20t/h vertical carbon material dryer, 1 hot air furnace, pulse bag dust collector, and other main equipment.

Solution

This project is designed by Hebei Xiehai Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. based on the "20t/h carbon material drying demand" provided by Gansu Jinda Chemical Co., Ltd. The project adopts vertical continuous drying technology for materials, patent number: ZL 2022 2 2895843.5. Loading and unloading are done at both ends of the production line, with operators performing automatic distribution and unloading during production. The layout of the production device is designed according to the determined process flow, adhering to principles of convenience in operation, space saving, reasonable logistics, ease of maintenance, and economic applicability.
