Project Introduction

This project is designed by Hebei Xiehai Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., and the main body of the project is a 3000t/h stone production line. It mainly consists of feeders, crushers, and other equipment, working together to achieve an automated process. The production process involves coarse crushing followed by fine crushing, and then screening. Materials that do not meet the particle size requirements will be returned for further crushing. Dust collectors are configured at different elevation positions, making the entire production line environmentally friendly and efficient, with a high degree of automation, low energy consumption, and high returns.

Equipment Configuration: 2 vibrating feeders, 2 heavy hammer crushers, 2 vibrating screens, 8 belt conveyors, and 3 pulse bag dust collectors.

Solution

The overall planning for the limestone mine has an annual mining volume of 1000×104t. During the mining process, green mining technology is adopted for reasonable development and comprehensive utilization of resources. The planned mine uses layered mining and small-diameter deep hole symmetrical blasting methods. During the mining process, effective measures must be taken to control dust and noise generated in each production link to meet national standards. The mined stone is transported to the crushing area through fully enclosed conveyors, and the screened stone is classified. Different processing equipment is used for raw materials of different particle sizes, all converted into high value-added products.
