Project Introduction
This project is designed by Hebei Xiehai Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., and the main body of the project is a 2400t/h aggregate production line. It is mainly used for manufacturing building materials or industrial materials such as sand and gravel, and can be adjusted to meet the different processing needs of the owner, equipped with corresponding dust removal equipment according to environmental protection requirements.

Equipment Configuration: 2 vibrating feeders, 2 heavy hammer crushers, 2 shaping crushers, 4 vibrating screens, 11 belt conveyors, and 2 pulse bag dust collectors.
Solution
The process of the aggregate crushing production line in this project is roughly as follows: First, the aggregate is evenly fed into the primary crusher (heavy hammer crusher) by the feeder for initial crushing; then, the produced coarse material is transported by the belt conveyor to the impact crusher for further crushing; the finely crushed aggregate enters the vibrating screen to sort out different specifications of stones, and the stones that meet the particle size requirements are sent to the finished product pile by the finished product belt conveyor; stones that do not meet the particle size requirements are returned by the belt conveyor to the impact crusher for re-crushing, forming a closed-loop multiple cycles. Finally, they enter different specifications of aggregate bins for storage.
