Solution
This project produces sand and gravel aggregates as a new profit growth point, utilizing aggregate to produce concrete and preparing raw materials for cement production. The production line is equipped with a full set of mining equipment and an intelligent loading system, including heavy hammer impact crushers, shaping crushers, vibrating screens, and pulse bag dust collectors. It is currently operating stably, and the sales status of finished materials is good. The environmental protection solution for the production line avoids dust by using a closed production line, and dust is collected using bag dust collectors, supplemented by measures such as planting green cover to reduce noise, achieving low cost and high efficiency. The project leverages the advantages of state-owned enterprises, strictly adheres to national policies, builds a modern, intelligent, and green mine in the country, and actively explores the development direction of the downstream industry chain.
