The main production line consists of one 400t/d mechanical lime kiln, with coke as the fuel. It provides customers with 134,000 tons of active lime annually, meeting their energy-saving and environmentally friendly production requirements, bringing economic benefits to the enterprise while also adapting to market demands, in line with the business philosophy of developing a circular economy.

Solution
This project optimizes the process flow of the mechanical kiln based on customer needs, improving production efficiency through enhanced equipment configuration and operating methods. The produced lime is mainly used for the production of soda ash and its by-products, utilizing advanced ammonia-soda production technology, with an annual output of over 1.2 million tons of industrial soda ash. The soda ash products are primarily applied in industries such as glass, daily chemicals, chemical ceramics, papermaking, pharmaceuticals, textiles, dyeing, and leather. By producing lime at the front end, the project reduces costs and increases efficiency for enterprises, thereby enhancing economic benefits.
