This project is constructed by Hebei Xiehai Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. using a design + non-standard supply model. The main production line consists of a 300t/d double-chamber kiln, with fuel sourced from acetylene furnace tail gas and coal powder, along with a gas pressurization mixing system and a coal powder preparation workshop. It provides customers with 100,000 tons of active lime annually, meeting their energy-saving and environmentally friendly production requirements, bringing economic benefits to enterprises while also adapting to market demands, in line with the business philosophy of developing a circular economy.

Solution

It achieves a circular economy while effectively reducing the production costs of acetylene and enhancing market competitiveness.
